This home was a true blessing.. we were going through extended family upheaval, my parents both had medical issues and needed a secure place to land for several weeks, along with our pets, while in limbo between the clearing and sale of their old house and the purchase and move in to the new one. Hosts were communicative, compassionate, and thoughtful. Home was great. Very thankful.

The home is in a good location and the area was quiet with no noisy neighbors. Home had more than adequate sleeping spaces. The kitchen was very clean and updated and appliances were in excellent condition. A nice bonus was access to a gym in the garage which was used by several in the group. Instructions for using the home were provided along with recs on local restaurants. Great host! who promptly responded to questions. Definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at Grant’s place for 12 nights and couldn’t have been any happier. It had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable and clean. The living room was very cozy and the desk came in handy. The rooms had closets that were tidy, that you could actually use. The AC worked great and every room had a ceiling fan. The televisions worked great and streaming channels available. We had no problems with the internet or Wi-Fi. The showers were great. The extra towels were greatly appreciated. There was a huge washing machine and dryer. There was enough parking in driveway and curbside. The house is on a cul-de-sac in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, not far from freeway. And Grant was the best host, from friendliness to great communication to flexibility. It was a lot of fun making memories on this vacation!

The house had great space and more sleeping spaces than expected even though we didn’t need them. We didn’t use the workout equipment but it was nice it was available. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions for the home.
