The booking process is quick and straightforward. Most reservations can be completed in just a few minutes. Once you select your dates and submit your details, your booking is either confirmed immediately or reviewed promptly by our team. You will receive confirmation and next steps by email.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Secure online payment processing ensures your information is protected at all times.

If you receive a tax statement related to your stay, it is typically for record-keeping purposes only. For any questions or clarification regarding taxes or documentation, please contact our support team directly and we will be happy to assist you.

At this time, reservations must be paid using one payment method per booking. If you require a special payment arrangement for extended or corporate stays, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss available options.

You can update or remove your payment method during the booking process or by contacting our support team. For security reasons, payment details cannot be modified after a reservation has been fully processed without assistance from our team.

Booking Questions

Yes. If your reservation request is still pending, you may request changes by contacting our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate updates such as date adjustments or guest count changes before the reservation is confirmed.

If your reservation request has not yet been confirmed, you may cancel it by contacting our team directly. Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellation terms will follow the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

You can check the status of your reservation through the confirmation email you received after booking. If you need assistance or did not receive an email, our support team can quickly confirm your reservation status for you.

Your reservation details are sent to the email address used during booking. Simply search your inbox for your Savvy Stays confirmation email. If you are unable to locate it, contact us and we will resend your reservation details.

Payment timing depends on the type of reservation. In most cases, payment is processed at the time of confirmation. For extended or corporate stays, alternative payment arrangements may be available and will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

Help on your reservations

Host cancellations are extremely rare at Savvy Stays. If a cancellation does occur, you will be notified immediately and any payments made will be fully refunded. Our team will also work with you to help find an alternative Savvy Stays property whenever possible.

The Resolution Center is our dedicated support process for handling any concerns related to your stay, including billing questions, damages, or special requests. Our goal is to resolve issues quickly, fairly, and transparently so you can enjoy a smooth experience.

If you believe you left an item behind, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to locate the item and arrange return when feasible. Please note that Savvy Stays is not responsible for lost items, but we are happy to assist when possible.

Yes. If your reservation is eligible for instant confirmation, you can book directly without waiting. For reservations that require approval, our team reviews requests promptly and will follow up with you if any additional information is needed.

You can easily share your trip details by forwarding your confirmation email to guests or colleagues traveling with you. This email includes important information such as dates, property location, and check-in instructions.
